Loyalty Points Programme Agreement - MB Oksana Pikul Grožio Namai

This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions for the administration of the loyalty points programme (hereinafter referred to as the "Programme") offered by Oksana Pikul Grožio Namai MB (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Suitability:
To participate in the Programme, you must be a registered user of the MB "Oksana Pikul Grožio Namai" online shop located at www.oksanapikul.lt. Guests are not eligible to participate in the Programme.

Scoring:
For every €1 spent in the MB "Oksana Pikul Grožio Namai" online shop, eligible participants will receive 5 loyalty points. Points will be credited to your account within 48 hours of purchase. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn, except that no points are awarded for the purchase of gift cards or discounted products.

Use of points:
100 loyalty points can be exchanged for a €1 discount on your next purchase at the MB "Oksana Pikul Grožio Namai" online store. Points can be redeemed at any time if you have at least 100 points in your account. The maximum amount of points that can be exchanged per order is 1000 points.

Points validity:
Loyalty points expire one year from the date they are earned.

Terms and conditions:

Points are not transferable and have no monetary value.
Points are earned for the purchase amount only, excluding taxes and delivery charges.
The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel the Programme at any time without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend or replace any Loyalty Points in the event of fraud, abuse or breach of the terms of this Agreement.
The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen Loyalty Points.

Definition of contract:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
