Use of

Using light massaging movements, apply a small amount of shampoo to damp hair, leave on for a few minutes and rinse with plenty of water. Repeat the procedure if necessary.

Professional use: apply the shampoo to damp scalp and massage gently. Leave on for 5 minutes. Massage the shampoo through the entire length of the hair. Rinse with plenty of water.
