Recommended: 

for medium to thick hair, prone to frizz and flyaways, lacking smoothness. 

Usage: 

shampoo your head. Repeat if necessary. Apply evenly to clean hair with the required amount of conditioner and leave on for a few minutes. Rinse and towel dry. Spray damp hair with heat protectant, blow-dry and style as normal.
