Purchasing policy
1. General provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are a legally binding document setting out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Buyer and the Seller in relation to the purchase of Goods in the online shop www.oksanapikul.lt("E-shop").
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the requirements set out in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order.
2. Conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement
2.1 The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the E-Store, specifies the delivery address, chooses the method of payment and, having read the Terms and Conditions, presses the "Confirm Order" button.
2.2 Every contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be stored in the E-Shop.
3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
3.1 The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the E-Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2 The Buyer must provide the correct details on the order form and must update the details if they change.
3.3 The Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods ordered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Seller's rights and obligations
4.1 The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the E-Shop.
4.2 The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the E-Shop by informing the Buyer in advance.
4.3 If the Buyer attempts to interfere with the operation or stability of the E-Shop, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the E-Shop.
5. Prices and payment arrangements
5.1 The prices of goods in the E-Shop are quoted in euros including VAT.
5.2 The Buyer may pay for the Goods in the following ways:
- using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas' electronic banking services;
- by payment card (Visa, MasterCard).
5.3 Payments are processed using the montonio.com payment platform.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1 The Goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 3-5 working days after confirmation of payment.
6.2 The price of delivery shall be quoted at the time of order placement and shall depend on the method of delivery chosen.
6.3 The Buyer must take delivery of the Goods himself or appoint a person to take delivery on his behalf.
7. Returns and exchanges
7.1 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods by notifying the Seller in writing.
7.2 Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
7.3 The Buyer shall bear the costs of return, except in cases where the goods are returned due to a defect in their quality.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1 The Buyer's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
8.2 The Buyer's data shall only be used for order processing and for direct marketing purposes if the Buyer has given his/her consent.
9. Final provisions
9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
