Why are you lying about being made in the UK? When I receive my hairdryer, I see made in china on the box. How to understand?

Agent's comment: the manufacturer is the UK, not China. It says on the packaging that Diva Pro Styling is a trademark of Salon Europe Ltd- this means that the Diva brand is designed, manufactured and owned by this company, which is British. All the staff, management and shareholders are also British, and we are in contact with them. We are the only official representatives of Diva brand in Lithuania. Also on the packaging it states that Diva Pro Styling is designed, developed & salon tested in the UK, which means that it is the UK that has developed and patented the brand and the design of the appliances, it is the British who tested and obtained the UK documents before the launch that the brand has passed all the highest requirements and is approved for use by professionals. I would also point out that such tests are very costly and there is only one other brand on the market that has invested in quality and passed them. And if China is mentioned somewhere on the packaging, it shows the transparency of the brand, because if even one part in a batch of instruments is made in China and imported into the UK, then it has to be stated in accordance with the regulations, and Diva is transparent about that. Others, meanwhile, do not mention it.
